Sorry to disagree, Tom, but instructions have a unique
worksheet to use in cases like this when the form 8829 is
not warranted.

Look at the publication on Home Office forget the number
right now.

Use the 8829 as a worksheet to calculate the amount. Include
it in "Other Deductions" on the 1065, with an offset either
to partner draw or partner loan.

Default FORM 2106 & 8829

I am a partner in an LLC .Last year I could file
8829(business use of home) with 2106(employee business
expense) but this year 8829 says it should be files only
with a schd C. The LLC has filed a 1065 and will not file a
schedule C?

What form do I have to use for 2004 to file home office
expenses.I would highly appreciate if anyone can help me
here
