NYC residents are taxed on all their income, no matter where
or how earned.

Default NYC Income Tax on non NY wages

I've searched for this but can't find a conclusive answer
anywhere. Does NYC tax all income regardless of state the
income was earned in? I live in the city and work out of
state a significant portion of time, so I'm wondering if all
of my income is taxable by NYC (I assume it is).

Thanks.
