the items you posted are payroll tax deductions for various
Federal & NJ taxes they are not the same thing as itemized
deductions on your tax return please don't confuse the two

It all looks legitimate and pretty standard. Most employers
combine the last three into a single deduction, typically
called UI/HC/WD, but showing them separately is OK. Those
three and the NJ Disability all have fairly low annual
limits. Once you have paid the maximum for the year, the
deductions will stop. I don't know the exact limits for
2005, but it will be around $125 for Disability and around
$105 for the other three combined. After you reach these
limits, the only NJ tax that will be deducted for the rest
of the year is the regular withholding.

Default NJ State Tax Itemized Deductions...

Hi, Can anyone help me with the itemized deductions on my
paystub.

Federal Withholding
Social Security Employee
Medicare Employee
NJ-Withholding
NJ-Disability Employee
NJ-WF/SWF Employee
NJ-Health care Subsidy Employee
NJ-Unemployment Employee

I don't usually see all these itemized deductions on my
paystub. And am not sure, if all these taxes are to be
deduced from my paystub or should it be paid by the
employer. I calculated the % of NJ tax and it comes to
around 6.5%.

Can anyone shed me some light please.

Thanks for your help!!
