| Preparing 1065 for LLC I am preparing a 1065 and K-1's for a multi member LLC. The only asset of the the LLC, right now, is a mortgage. There is only one member who receives interest over $600.00. Do I have to prepare either a 1098 or a 1099-INT for this person, or is the K-1 sufficient? Thanks.
