The partner reports it on the lines the K-1 tells it to
report on.

None of the above. Form 4797 and Schedule D.

Parternership sells a rental property on an installment
sale.

The limited partner's K1 shows:

net section 1231 gain: $4967
unrecaptured section 1250 gain $4967

Which of the following groups of forms must the limited partner use
to report this transaction?

a- 6252 Installment Sale Income
4797 Sale of Business Property
Schedule D Capital Gains & Losses

b- 6252 Installment Sale Income
Schedule D Capital Gains & Losses

c- Schedule D Capital Gains & Losses
