Let me guess, Phil.

Hmmm... you "forgot" to include a 1099R on your return
because it was a rollover and received after you filed.

All in jest of course, cause that what happened with me.

The more the merrier. I mention no names and make no
charges, but I know it can be done.

Yes. Column A should include the amounts after they were
adjusted by your previous 1040X.

Default Filing two 1040X

I filed a 1040X for 2003 taxes last year because I forgot to
include some income (received a statement after filing
taxes). Now I have discovered another mistake on my 2003
return. Can I file another 1040X for 2003?

Thanks for your help!
