For 2005, see the 2005 1040-ES. Note that if your taxable income is below $100,000 you must use the Tax Tables. I'm going to assume you and Angela are filing jointly, so I can efficiently answre your question: For 2005, the rates for MFJ are: $0 to $14,600 ..... _____ 10% over $0 $14,600 - $59,400 - $ 730+ 15% over $14,600 $59,400 - $119,950 $8,160+ 25% over $59,400 etc. (from 1040-ES for 2005) (Hope the above chart holds together for posting.)
