February Bal'mer got two feet! that's 24 inches of snow on the ground starting on a Thursday. I remember it well, being stranded at home in Perry Hall. I bet Bal'mer hasn't seen that much snow since that time. ChEAr$, Harlan Lunsford, EA n LA Moderator: The Winter of '66 sucked everywhere in the land of the damnyankee snow. I think it was '96 or '97 there was a vicious that shut the place down. << -------------------------------------------------> << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting > << messages to this newsgroup are at www.asktax.org > << -------------------------------------------------> |

Worked pretty well except on the north side of hills (of which we have quite a few), or when we got a huge dump followed by a cold snap. Nowadays they just spray Mag Chlor, which leaves an awful mess on the cars. -- Tom Healy, CPA Boulder, CO Web: http://www.tomhealycpa.com << -------------------------------------------------> << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting > << messages to this newsgroup are at www.asktax.org > << -------------------------------------------------> |

I had just moved down from NY and we got a big snowstorm on a Thursday that shut down the city for days - they had only one snow plow at the time I think. We were out of school for 6 days, Friday and Mon-Fri of the following week. | Ball-a-meer, the city that slurs, is being hit by a "March comes in like a Lion" storm. Do not be surprised if MTM is not updated for a few days. Baltimore Gas & Electic, Verizon Telephone services, and Comcast Cable have a pact whereby nobody fixes anything that ain't their's. I have been OUT for as long as 8 days in the past.
