That is correct. Your employer should withhold only Pa.
state income tax, not N.J.

Default Living in PA and working in NJ

I am moving back to the Philadelphia area after living in
Texas for two years. Prior to the Texas move I lived in NJ.

This time I am thinking of living on the PA side (Bucks
County) and would be working in NJ. I understand under the
reciprocal income tax agreement where I would only have to
pay PA income tax. Is this correct?

Part of this is not wanting my car insurance to go up in NJ.
It went down $100/month when I moved to Dallas in 2003. It
also seems the income tax in PA is lower than NJ.

Does anybody here do this? Work in NJ and live in PA?
