And I just informed them that a previous subtraction of non
deductible items on 1120S Sch M-1 no longer affected Sch
M-2. I got an e-mail responding that it would be
re-activated.

Have you tried their own support site? I use their
Knowledge Base (basically Qs & As) all the time to keep
current. In addition, they respond to e-mails. The release
of Tax wise CA3 was due to my communication that the CA
