No reason to use a separate bank account. Remember that an S
corporation's HRA for its owners needs special treatment.

If a corp establishes an Health Reimbursement Arrangement.
Do you need to have a separate bank account that you use to
reimbuse employees or can you reimburse from a regular
corporate checking account?
