No no no, Paul. Let me try to splain it to you again.

I'm saying that the difference in tax in first case WOULD
have resulted in the program's suggesting to them and
reminding them about added deductions of 3,684 IF their
bracket were 25%. (You reckon they overlooked another 1098
form?

And that same tax difference would have result in overlooked
deductions of 6,140% IF they were in the 15% tax bracket.

AND, should they be in the 10% bracket, ..... the extra
deductions probably erased their tax altogether!

So......the more deductions you find, the lower your tax
rate is, so.....given that theory, you'll find more
deductions because your tax rate dropped?

Default new deduction

from 823 to 1744 increase in refund due to this particular
program "finding" an extra deduction for the user.

Just saw this tv commercial for the program, and this
looks like (assuming 25% bracket) more itemized deductions
of $3,684! Wow! And assuming 15% bracket, more deductions
of $ 6,140! Woohoo!

Now who would not realize they had that much in itemized
deductions?

I know, it's POSSIBLE. But, really....
