Yes, along with other itemized medical expenses, subject to
7.5% of your income as a disallowance. That typically means
you have to be very sick or very unemployed to benefit.

Yes they are the same as any Medical Expense on line 1 of
Schedule A .

I was unemployed for much of last year, and I paid through
Cobra to continue my health benefits. May I deduct those
payments?
