Volunteer Income Tax Assistance office is 1-800-829-1040. If you want to do it yourself, look for one of the inexpensive, or free, software companies on line, such as Tax Act. The question and answer option will take you through it all, and help you fill out the forms you need to file, based on your answers. Hope this helps.
