Default Re: Proseries?

I had trouble with ordering back copies of TurboTax
Professional, the precursor to Pro Series. I ordered it at a
CSEA super seminar and trade show. I never got any of the
software. Later I picked up a free copy of Turbo Tax Pro
Series for the prior year to use on prior years returns. I
could never get it to load and run properly and it shut down
my entire system when I tried to run it. Needless to say
when Compucraft sold out to Intuit, I went with Lacerte.

Default Proseries?

Proseries is to busy to answer the phone "please call back
at another time" When I inquired about my software which I
ordered 3 months ago,I was informed that my order was never
prosessed. The manager turned me over to a sales
representative, she told me that my order was started 3
months ago, but never completed. Gues it must have close to
quitting time.

Then I was told that my order was placed and I should have the software in 3 to
5 days. Well here i sit 14 days later and still no software.

Tried calling them and they are now overwhelmed with call
volume.

Maybe I should call India,

If this is customer service then I think Proseries will be
going down the tubes shortly
