Great surgery. No tear in my rotator cuff. Just cleaning
out tendonitis. Some decent pain medication, but never
enough.

Very difficult to post this morning. I know I don't have to
do it. I am choosing to do it.

2005 is going to be a great year for me. I hope it is a
great year for you!
