You need to work with an administrator/custodian who will
hold real property for your Roth IRA. They will know how to
handle the asset specifics. Google “IRA real estate” and
you’ll find several firms that do just that.

Default Using Roth IRA funds to invest in Real Estate

I know that I can use my Roth IRA funds to invest in Real
Estate, BUT where can I find specifics such as:
1) What percentage of the IRA can I invest in Real Estate?
2) If I sell the real estate that I purchased with Roth
IRA funds, how do I "re-deposit" the funds back into the
Roth? Am I limited to the annual contribution limits?

My Roth is self-directed and I am under age 55.
Thanks
