Sounds like treasure trove to me.

Default Gambling income?

How is finding a chip on the floor of a casino rest room
reported?

(Note: this is a chip as from a gaming table, so that, even
if one were inclined to return it to the owner, it would be
impossible to determine the owner.)

I think it's miscellaneous income, just like found money on
the street. (I also think it's unlikely to be reported, as
there is no record the IRS could go after to find it, except
this post.)
