Yes. Simply treat the use of the auto as 100% personal and
tack the appropriate value onto the employee's W-2. Any
other solution will require SOMEONE to keep SOME KIND OF
mileage records.

Two general comments regarding the foregoing: First, note
that the term "tax home" generally refers to the "vicinity"
within which the person normally works, not to the person's
specific residential address. Second, I am assuming that the
vehicles in question are "passenger" vehicles. You might get
a different result if driving a delivery van or other such
specialized vehicle.

Default Personal Mileage, Co Vehicle, Outside sales?

Co. provides company passenger vehicles where EE is outside
sales, has no regular place of work. EE has established tax
home within a metropolitan city. All places EE visits is
within this city limits.

Q1. Is commute from tax home to first client P or B?

Q2. Is commute from last client of the day to tax home P or B?

Q3. Is there anyway of avoiding keeping log books in vehicles
and tracking B mileage.

Co. currently does not have an accountable plan.
