Okay then. What's a "trading partner"?

Will the ET be considered a "trading partner"? If so,
I IS one.

Default Rehanging of State Acknowledgements

This message is to all Transmitters and Electronic Return
Originators. During the 2005 filing season, Individual
e-file will provide State Acknowledgement service on the
Electronic Management System (EMS). Participating Federal
States will send their State Acknowledgements to EMS for
Trading Partners to pick up when they pick up their Federal
Acknowledgements.

If a State Acknowledgement needs to be rehung, the Trading
Partner must contact the state to look up the GTX Key. The
Trading Partner or state must provide the e-help desk with
the GTX Key before a file can be rehung. IRS is unable to
rehang a file without the GTX key.
