It's still US source income, even if deferred, so
you'd still have to file a 1040NR, and possibly a
State return.

Default 401k withdrawal

Can anyone advice me on 401K withdrawal when you live
outside USA. I am a temporary worker and I had invested 401K
while I was working in the US. How I can withdraw my money?.
Should I wait till 60 and will I be able to withdra then
without paying tax while living outside of the US.
