Default Simple IRA questions

I opened a SIMPLE IRA for a consulting business (LLC) I had
in Connecticut a few years ago. I have since closed the
business. I now want to reopen it in Florida, but I am not
sure whether I want to incorporate or incorporate yet.

If I use an unincorporated sole propriatorship can I still
use a SIMPLE IRA?

If so, can I use the same structure. or do I have to open a
new one, rename it, etc?
