Default Is there some site that lists the differences between S-Corp and C-Corp (and LLC)?

I'm getting lost in the differences between the S-Corp and
C-Corp. They treat medical savings plans differently, they
treat fringe benefits differently. Is there some place that
summarizes the differences?

I know people will tell me to talk to my accountant. I will.
I promise. I just want to do as much background work as
possible so that when I meet with him I can speak
intelligently and understand what he says.

THANKS!
John
