Mr. Moderator: why is garbage like this allowed in this> memorializing all that Ronald Reagan stood for. newsgroup? Also, I obviously mistakenly posted that message about golf courses in Sarasota in the wrong newsgroup. Why did you allow it and all the responses to it? ================================================== ========== Moderator: As Mike Wing mentioned I too thought you were attending a tax conference and I saw no harm in it. I'm sorry you snipped most of the post to which you are referring. As a rule, I do not knowingly allow derogatory comments against named politicians (Congress as a whole is fair game). But I see no reason to delete positive comments about the past work of individuals unless it appears to be politicing or patently false. ================================================== ========== << -------------------------------------------------> << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting > << messages to this newsgroup are at www.asktax.org > << -------------------------------------------------> |

| While watching the procession today in our nation's Capitol of President's Reagan's coffin from Andrews to the Capitol, I'm reminded so much of subject and it's far reaching implications that I just had to take this opportunity of memorializing all that Ronald Reagan stood for. Don't need to elaborate for it's all written in today's periodicals much more eloquently than I can. When they (Congress) passed the 1986 act I really think that they "won one for the Gipper."
