AOL has a personal finance section which has many message
boards. Currently, the tax questions are being championed
on a board called "Member's Tax Tips". During tax season,

I don't know that outsiders can access these boards but here

If you gain access, look to the top right of the page and
use the link to "Taxes". Mouse the "Member's Tax Tips" to
be carried to the current board. It is the only one which
is currently open for tax questions. Of course, there many,
many, other boards which deal with topics having to do with
personal finance.

Well, you have to be on AOL, and you have to apply for it.
Basically, it means you work for free answering questions
to AOL subscribers. If you get to be an Expert, you do get
some compensation.
