I think you could leave it off but you might take a copy of
the original and put a slash across it with the words,
"Transferred to schedule C"

I don't think it's needed (a confused data-input person
might send it back with a note for you to complete it).
A corrected Schedule A should be there though.

TP, under the influence of turbotax, took schedule C
expenses on a 2106 instead of directly on Schedule C.

Since a 2106 was in the original return, should a zero 2106
be attached to the 1040X?
