Default How to report defects in IRS withholding calculator?

Is there an effective way to report defects in the IRS
withholding calculator?

I don't see anything appropriate on the "Contact Us"
web page.

I don't hold much hope that the IRS will actually fix
the defects. So it is probably a waste of my time.

But I'm just curious. And I might actually follow
through just to do my due diligence.
