Consider finding an Enrolled Agent skilled in this. Not
all of us of course do this, but you can find one.

Look at naea.org website for three in your area, call them
and ask for a referral.

I don't think you will be able to find one that will handle
this for you today.

Default Offer In Compromise

I also owe the IRS. My debt is aroud $8-$10K and I DO NOT
have an agreement in place yet. Most of this is penalty and
interest. Is there anyone who can help prepare the OIC for a
reasonable fee? I have been told that it can be negotiated
down to a VERY low pay-back but I NEED HELP!! Is there an
attorney or CPA that can get this done for me?
