If Joe has set up outsourcing Joe must have had some pro
help doing this. Joe is a cheap [...] who [......]
Americans. Now Joe wants free help from Americans on how to
not pay taxes to America.

Joe should take his taxes to the pro. There is a good chance
from what I read lately that they will collect his info and
send it to India to be done. I'm sure Joe will be
comfortable with this since he is so comfortable with their
work he outsourced in the first place.

I pray to Raj, or whoever their head honcho in the sky is,
that the bastard gets audited.

There is no special proof required. A canceled check and the
associated invoice would suffice unless there is some reason
to suspect the existence of the company.

Default Overseas expense

Suppose Joe has outsourced some work to a foreign company
and it cost him a total of $10,000 in his business. How
does he go about deducting this cost? Is it a straight
deduction or is there more to this? Also, does he need some
form of proof that this foreign Firm exists?
