Get form W-7? (Request for ITIN.) If you have the
appropriate documentation, you can file it with the 1040.

Under the circumstances, it looks as if you have an
automatic filing extension to June 15. None of this will
help you on the NY or NJ returns, though, and I don't have
any advice to offer on those.

Hi,

Please help me with the following situation
Resident of US from : Jan to Dec 8 2003.
Got married in : May 2003
Spouse lived in Canada all the time.
I Moved to canada on Dec 8 2003.
State of residence: NJ
State of work : NY

Now all the forms need a spousal Social Security Number
while my husband has none. What can I do in this case. Which
forms etc.
