Why does your husband need to file US income tax?

The same one you've been using before.

Default Expat Working for U.S company but living abroad

I am working as a freelancer for an American company but I
am living in Germany (I work off-site, over the internet). I
have a 1099-Misc from my client and I have been filing and
paying my taxes in the U.S. I was also married last year to
a German citizen who is employed by a German company, and
we're filing separately.

Can I continue filing my taxes in the U.S and which forms
should I use to do so?
