Unless the state revenoors require one. Over here it is
filed by March 15th and is called a franchise tax return.

The Schedule C return IS the return for the LLC. No
additional federal forms would be required.

Default LLC return has to be filed by 4/15?

I created an LLC last year (2003). I had zero revenue in
the LLC but had W-2 income. So I am filing a Schedule C
with my personal 1040 that claims the LLC expenses. Do I
need to file a return for the LLC?

Thanks.
