Shouldn't be any problem at all.

How a return is filed adds no additional audit risk.

No. BTW, there are lots of free methods of e-filing. Check
the IRS site.

Default E-file vs. paper filing question

When I was employed, I e-filed early to get a quick return.
Now that I've had no income for a couple years (bad job
market), I can't afford the e-filing fee. Has anyone had any
experience reverting to paper filing after having e-filed
for a few years? Is the paper return any more likely to get
flagged for additional scrutiny?
