I think the only option I can see here is to contact the AZ department of revenue to see what they'd want. Unfortunately, I can't find a phone number for them. How did you go about contacting your state's tax office? Does anyone know of a way to contact the AZ state tax office with an inquiry like this? << -------------------------------------------------> << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting > << messages to this newsgroup are at www.asktax.org > << -------------------------------------------------> |

'copy' of the W-7 form with the state taxes. They probably will be able to pull the ITIN number by the time they get to processing the returns. << -------------------------------------------------> << The Charter and the Guidelines for submitting > << messages to this newsgroup are at www.asktax.org > << -------------------------------------------------> |
