Actually, they did trademark it, which is why Franken used
it. The trademark is unenforceable, but I guess they
figured it was clever.

I think someone plans to trademark your fired.
We had a bank called Bank of Virginia that was eventually
was merged into one of those national banks. Guess what
someone has formed and is operating a Bank of Virginia that
is not a successor to the original bank. Looks like
someone's legal department screwed up.

I don't think it is trademarked. Don't see how one could
trade mark such a slogan. You're alluding I know to that
liberal demicrack name of Franken who used it for his book
title.
