Do not attach the receipts to your return. My policy on
these things is very simple:

Do not give the IRS ANYTHING it does not ask for
specifically. The more you tell them, the more things they
can question.

Never send receipts to the IRS. Only produce them in case
of an audit.

The latter. General rule: attach what the instructions
tell you to attach; retain everything else for your records.

Default question on form 3903 attachments...

I had qualifying moving expenses for 2003, and so completed
form 3903.

Do I need to attach copies of the moving company's invoices
(and other receipts) to the 1040 and 3903, or do I provide
those only in the case of an audit?
