Well..... if you ask me....................!

Who needs a board of directors? I nominate Dick Imperator;
Il Duce!
Der Fuehrer!

Czar even.

Seriously, the moderator of the board should play by the
Golden Rule: "He who has the gold (Dick) , makes the rule(s)."

Based on the follow-ups I've seen today - I'm there if you
need me.

Well, I don't agree that's the best way to handle things
like that. How do you like them apples? ;-)

Well then, if it's good enough for Helen, it's good enough for me.

Apart from buying you beer, what are the duties of the
directors?

Every now and then someone makes the mistake of wanting
to argue with me. I inform the Board of the argument
and, unless the Board thinks I am wrong, I proceed to
inform the submitter that the Board agrees with me and
the matter is closed. This has happened 3 or 4 times in
the last 8 years.

I'd be interested at least in finding out more about it. If
it involves helping to moderate when you're unavailable in
Tanzania, that works for me.

The Charter of misc.taxes.moderator gives me the authority
to appoint a Review Board. In the past I have referred to
it as the Board of Directors. After eight years it seems
like time to reconstitute this board.

So anyone who is interested in being on this board or in
staying on this board should simply respond to this post.

This is a very high paying situation as in you get to buy
me lunch, dinner, or a few beers should we ever meet. <G
