Proseries does not include Form 8833.

Yes, ATX supports Form 8833 and almost any Federal, State or
City tax form. Probably most other professional tax software
programs would support this form. Intuit which owns Turbo
Tax has a ProSeries package that probably includes the Form
8833.

They probably don't have it because it can not be e-filed.
You will have to file a paper return and download a copy
from the IRS: http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/index.html

Default Tax software that support tax treaty?

Is there any tax software that will let me
claim tax treaty (Form 8833)? I checked
the websites of TaxCut, TurboTax and it
seems they don't support this form.

Thanks,

Yi
