"Other income". List in a separate schedule and identify.

There's an obvious question here..... Why is an
agricultural subsidy going to an individual if the farm is
owned by a partnership?

That said, if this is income to a partnership, it goes on
the first income line: "Gross Receipts"

I have a form 1099-G reporting payments made to me by the US
Dept of Agriculture. Where is this data to be entered in
form 1065?
