No need to get a correction, but do call it to their attention so they can update their own office procedures. | We own a home in another state and use the services of a rental management company. Unlike previous years, the 1099-MISC we received this year for rental income lists me as the Payer as well as the Recipient. Is this an acceptable practice, or should I have the rental management company issued a corrected copy?
