According to the Turbo Tax web site, yes:

"IMPROVED! Personalized Welcome Back
Interview based on last year's TurboTax
or TaxCut data"

Can't say how robust that feature is, though. It may not
even be an import.

Yes. It is not as thorough as when it transfers from last
year's TurboTax. When transferring from TaxCut it will omit
some items that it would have picked up from TurboTax. But
what it does transfer is "clean." Make sure you get the
latest TurboTax updates before you do the transfer.

Default Turbotax Import from TaxCut?

Last year I switched to TaxCut from TurboTax due to the copy
protection fiasco. I found TaxCut to be inferior in several
respects (for one thing it allowed me to submit an invalid
return to NY State) and wish to return to TurboTax this
year.

Does TurboTax import data cleanly from TaxCut? If not, what
exceptions do I need to worry about?

Thanks...
