There are income limits, but Section 179 is available to
fully expense the equipment.

Default Depreciation on new equipment

I am a sole proporietor. My business purchased new equipment
ranging from Studio equipment to office equipment. Is there
a way to take a full one time depreciation on this equipment
rather than spreading it out over the life of that
equipment?
