That point is by no means lost on ME. <g> One can properly
ask why a government agency should pay any mind to religious
holidays when scheduling events.

I am simply recalling that this exact circumstance happened
a few years ago, it caused a big flap, and (as I recall) the
IRS eventually "apologized."

Last I heard PAI is not doing it this year. Another
group is.

Thanks Helen. Does this mean that PAI can accept
registrations too now? Last year, they had a problem with
that when the IRS announced at the end of January and PAI
couldn't take the registration until mid-March (but the
hotels didn't have that issue).

I see that the IRS can't stay away from those gambling
meccas..... :-)
