Ask Turbo tax.

Are you sure you are a statutory employee? This is a
special employment class that doesn't usually apply too
often, though I do have one or two statutory employees as
clients myself. Mostly Statutory Employees are route sales
type people or manufacturer's representatives.

Anyway, if you really are a statutory employee the income
does go on Schedule C - along with all of your expenses.

As for why TT is doing what it is doing, you would have to
call TT tech support for that answer.

As an aside, Statutory Employees are usually able to deduct
quite a bit more than common law employees and the returns,
requiring a Schedule C, are a bit more complex. I would
suggest you consider using a tax pro to make sure you get
all you are entitled to.

Good luck,

Default Turbo Tax -C-EZ

My wife and I both have part-time jobs as statutory
employees. I also work a full-time job. I am using Turbo
Tax to file a joint return. Turbo Tax never gives me an
opportunity to report my expenses from the two statutory
employee jobs. It also tries to put all the income from
both statutory employee jobs on one Schedule C. Never
mentions a C-EZ which we will both qualify for as our total
expenses will be less than $600.

Where am I missing the boat for reporting my expenses for
the statutory employee income? I did check the box that
said statutory employee for those two W-2s. And Turbo Tax
said we would deal with the expenses later. Expenses were
never mentioned again. I am using Turbo Tax Basic.

Thanks
