Tax forms are usually missing from early releases of tax
software because govermental agencies release the final
forms late. It is save to assume that if it is missing in
Turbo Tax then it will also be missing in any other tax
software you purchase.

TaxCut (www.taxcut.com) will allow import of TT previous
year data. TaxAct is a nice program, but won't import from
TT.

I switched to TC after many years with TT. TC is ok. It has
some small bugs that can be worked around and tech support
is non-existant, but that's about the same as with TT.

Default Tax Software?

I have been using Turbo Tax Home & Business for the past 4-5
years. I do 8-10 (family returns, in-laws and outlaws.) Is
there any other TaxSoft ware I could consider. My problem is
ONE or TWO have K1 filings. I can't file until Turbo
updates? I don't know when that may happen? Any suggestions
to convert from Turbo to? I would prefer not to have to
reload all the data into a new program! Use 1040 and one
state and 3-4 Schedule C's. No corp work!

Thank you,
