As of several months ago, all HTML submissions get sent to
my "scan-before-trashing" folder. My rewrite of the moderation
software is almost complete. It will trash all submissions
with an internal line that reads:

"This is a multi-part message in MIME format."

MIME is solution for which there never was a problem and it
ranks up there with Saddle sores and mothers-in-law when it
comes to things I'd rather not see again.
