Default W-2, Box 14 Question

My wife took approximately 2 weeks of short term disability
in 2003 to spend time with our baby after his birth. On my
wife's W-2, box 14, there is a code "125+129" with a dollar
amount. (few hundred dollars)

My assumption is that this is related to the 2 weeks of
short term disability taken during her 3 months off of work
last year after the birth of our son.

Can someone please indicate what the code "125+129" in box
14 on her w-2 represents, and if I need to take any action
when completing our 2003 taxes.

Thanks in advance for your time,

RH
