The 2004 threshhold is expecting to receive more than $8,000
in Pennsylvania taxable income not subject to withholding.
Since that works out to tax due of $224 given the PIT rate
of 2.8 percent, your daughter wouldn't be required to make
estimated tax payments.

You should be fine until she owes $100 a year.

Default PA Threshold For Estimated Tax

What is the threshold for PA estimated tax? My 13 year old
daughter owed $42 last year and $44 this year and the
pattern should be about the same going for at least a few
more years...do I need to hassle with estimated tax
payments?
