Noplace, nowhere.

Since it isnt' taxable you don't put it on the 1040, let
alone as a deduction.

Non Taxable means that it does not show up anywhere on the
tax form.

You don't. It is non-taxable, therefore, you don't report
it.

Nowhere. It is non-reportable and non-taxable.

You don't deduct it or show it anywhere on a tax return.
