As long as there is no fraud involved an EA or CPA can
easily handle it. I handle quite a few of these each year.

Do it and sleep now or keep waiting for the letters. They
will come.

Only those that like to be parted with their money would go
to firms such as this. They are offer mills and will make
promises they never could keep from square one.

Default Unfiled returns

If a person has not filed returns in several years(1099
income) and is unable to pay the tax liability(about $25,000
total) can any good CPA/EA handle this or would it be
appropriate to see a tax attorney? There have been no
letters or contact with the IRS, this person is afraid of
the consequences of filing and being unable to pay. What
about someone like JK Harris? Are they legitimate or can
anyone else accomplish the same thing? Thanks for your
advice.

Robert
